1. Start Access and create a
new database named "Your Last Name Your First Name".
2. Create a table named <any
name> with the following five fields:

4. Delete the record containing
King Charles II
5. Adjust the column widths and
row heights as necessary to display the records in a readable format.
6. Create a query to list the
individuals born before Louis XIV. Include the first names, last names and
comments. Sort the last names in ascending order. You should have five names
in this group. Name your query with your last name and the words QUERY 1.
Again, adjust width and height as necessary for readability.
7. Now create a tabular report
based on the query you made in step 6. Use a wizard to create the report. The
report must include your name in the report name. Be sure the report is in
landscape format and that all information is displayed in each record line of
the report.
